Production Manager dashboard
A dashboard showing production stats and trends is available in Production Manager.
Production Manager dashboard
Viewing most dashboard sections requires a user account with a Production Manager
role.
Today's Progress
Today
Total production time of all machines for the current day. If Machine A has been running for 10 hours and Machine B has been running for 10 hours, the value of Today would be 20 hours.
Average
The average daily total production time for all machines, over the last 5 days (excluding any days where total time is 0).
Donut pie chart
(Total production time for current day ÷ 5-day average production time) × 100. This percentage gives you an idea of how today's productivity compares to your 5-day average.
Once your daily production time has exceeded the 5-day average, the donut chart will be shown in green.
Work Completed
This chart shows hours of work completed for all machines for the last 14 days. You can hover or tap the bar graph to show details for that day.
Actual
Actual time comes from Production Manager machines. When a nest is run on a Production Manager machine, the time accrued is counted as Actual Time. This is true whether it is a generic Production Manager machine or a directly-connected EDGE Connect. This value is shown in green.
Assumed
Assumed time uses the Estimated Time of a nest, which comes from the production time calculated by ProNest costing. When a nest is not run on a Production Manager machine (such as when a nest is set to Complete manually on the Nests page), the production time from ProNest costing will be its assumed time. This value is shown in blue.
5-day Trend
The average production time over the previous 5 days, excluding any days where total production time is 0.
Work Remaining
Pending
Total production time of all pending nests for all machines. Pending hours is an estimate that is based on the production time from ProNest costing.
Lead Time
Longest lead time of all available machines. If Machine A has a lead time of 3 hours and Machine B has a lead time of 7 hours, the Lead Time shown here will be at least 7 hours.
To calculate lead time, Production Manager takes the total pending time for all machines and then factors in the average amount of work completed per day. If the average amount of work completed per day is 12 hours across all machines and the total pending time is 60 hours, the Lead time displayed would be 5 days.
Machine Activity
Shows color-coded machine status. Select a machine to go to the machine-specific page where you can run pending nests for that machine.
